There's a lot to be said for self-delusionment when it comes to matters of the heart.

How true.

I absolutely love love love Adam Lambert! Who cares if he's gay. His songs are so nice! I mean, it's not like I'm interested in him as a guy, but as a singer so he should be judged as a singer and not as a guy. Adam Lambert songs are so nice. I mean, he can be the English version of Jay Chou.

Notice I'm always blogging nowadays? Holidays are so boring they're so fun! As in, they are so boring I could do whatever I want! Except for the constraining order made by my mom yesterday. ):

Went to Novena yesterday alone. No big deal right? Only my mom had to kick up such a fuss and forbid me to go anywhere alone. Dear lord. Wanted to go Labrador Park today! Alone. I think it's pretty pointless for me to ask who wants to go with me because firstly, nobody would want to go(I think) and secondly, I haven't inform people of my blog except for Alicia, Jieyi and Kaien. Which i doubt they'll visit my blog. But anyway, how would I know? I might have a big fan base in Africa and I'm still kept in the dark.

Anyway, I wanted to talk about my Novena exploring! Should really work on my micro-attention span. It's getting ridiculously short. Heck. Who knows.

I might reach a day where I forgot what I'm doing because I'm always getting distracted by minor stuffs. SEE I'M OFF TOPIC AGAIN. Ok, wait. Let me concentrate. Tarzan and Jane is really getting on my nerves now. Will change my blogsong soon. Shit what am I doing. I think I need to carry post-it notes everywhere and constantly write down my goals. So that I would not be distracted by the urge to chase birds or something else.

OK, here goes.

NOVENA @ 16/03/2010.

Anyway, it was a spur on the minute decision. I was on the MRT platform and couldn't decide which direction to take. End up the train to Marina bay came first so I boarded it. Then decided that when my 3rd song finish playing, I'd alight. So tada, ended up at Novena. Which is really quite lucky. I might end up at ToaPayoh which would really be a bummer because, well, ToaPayoh seems boring. Not that Novena is any better, but then, oh well. Went to Square 2 because at that point of time, there were only directions to Square 2 and TanTockSeng hospital and TTSH doesn't really appeal to me. It's gloomy, like how hospitals are. Hey, come to think of it, maybe I should go to TTSH and check out the nursery section.

Anyway, some of the shops aren't even open! Walked a bit and bought some stuffs, typical girl huh. I think it dragged on for like 1hour?
Then couldn't stand it anymore and decide to wander out of Square 2 and went Velocity. Which, trust me, is much more worse than Square 2. Boring to the max. So went out again and this time, I go for the pavement.
Started walking until I came across a Church. I was suddenly overwhelmed by the desire to see how a Church looks like so I went in. Wow. Totally impressed. The Church was so damn quiet, even the sound of a pin drop would sound like a bomb. People were praying and it really seem like a holy sacred ground. So anyway, sat down on the benches and I realised there were cushion below the benches for you to kneel on. I was totally awed. Imagine my surprise when I came across a canteen and a bookshop!
Then continued walking and saw a signboard stating about a Mosque. Wanted to go check it out but my mom called and asked me to meet her at Somerset@313. Bummer.

So went Somerset and there was nothing interesting worth mentioning except that, I would have to live on bread and water for the remaining of my sec3 life.

Oh. Somerset@313 is a gorgeous place!

Bought some items at low price and feeling damn shiok. I mean, when you see a price tag that says $49.90 and beside it there was another orange price tag that says $19.90, don't you feel like you've just found a treasure? It's better than seeing a normal price tag saying $19.90. Not many people will the the urge to buy.

Hey it's a very nice marketing technique! All shops should do this, so that customers will think they've struck a bargain and buy more and buy more and or economy would get better and people will earn more money and buy more things and economy would get better then ever and the whole wonderful cycle will start all over again.

I'm such an idealist :D

Ok that is all.

Finally have a decent blog post. I'm so proud of it that I'll start telling people my blog now! What's the point of having a decent post and nobody gets to appreciate it.
